I don't Know. We generally Book movies on Monday for opening on Friday.
When we do book films 1st we have to see if there is a print of the movie available then we have to find if the film company will release that film to us for showing.
The film companies pretty much dictate which movie theatres will be playing what movies.
Why can’t you get certain movies?
Which movies we play here at timbers, and for how long we keep movies, is almost totally up to the individual film companies. On Monday’s when we book the films they will let us know what is available to us. Then from that list, if there are any to choose from, we then decide what to show
Can you pay with a credit Card
Timbers is not set up to accept credit or debit cards. We do accept personal checks with proper identification.
Currently we do not have an ATM on the property.
Can I watch part of a movie on one screen then move to another screen for another movie?
NO. The Film studios get paid a % of the box-office. There are people who come in and count the number of people that are in each movie. If there is a Film Company Checker at the theatre and the number of people in the theatre don’t match the number of tickets sold it could be a serious problem.
If you move between Movies the counts will be wrong thus making our box office reports incorrect.
The film companies take this very seriously. Penalties range from huge fines to closing up the theatre.
Can I bring in my own food?
NO you would not bring food into a restaurant to eat so Please do not bring it into the movie to eat. Besides it’s true that most of our profit is made in concessions sales as the film companies take almost all of the money we take in from ticket sales
